The Process of a Thermal Scan—What to Expect

From the moment you call or email us, you become our top priority.

To set-up a thermal scan the process is quite simple. Just a few minutes of your time so we can gather the necessary information, answer any questions or concerns, and set the time and date for the scan, is all that is needed.

1

Initial contact and data gathering.

All one needs to do is to call or email us and we will initiate the introductions, find out exactly what you are needing as far as the scan(s) goes, and we will let you know exactly what to expect from us. Along with any specific requirements regarding the scan, we will answer any and all of your questions.

2

The day of the scan.

We pride ourselves in being prompt, organized and time efficient. All we will require of you is whatever we set-up in our initial phone and/or email conversation(s). We are cognizant of your time, your concerns, and it is our job to work efficiently and safely in order that we can be of best service to you.

Immediately After the Scan...The Report

Once the scan is completed we go right to work on compiling the images and writing the report. For each and every scan we do a detailed report. This report is not only valuable for you concerning what may be going on at the time of the scan, but it also serves as a benchmark for further maintenance/evaluations down the road. Once the report is completed, usually within a week after the scan is completed, we will email you a professional copy. Once you receive that report, we encourage you to read it and ask any questions you may have. At this point we see ourselves as part of your team and your success is our success!

Going Forward...

When it comes to buildings, equipment, or whatever we're scanning, a one time survey is valuable but setting up a periodic or yearly scan can most often yield you the most benefits—safety wise, financial wise, and in peace of mind. We love what we do, we take pride in a job well done, and bottom line is we are here to help you!
