Helping you

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70B §11.17.5 suggests that every commercial and industrial building in the United States have an IR survey at least once a year. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) recommends annual inspections also. Not surprisingly, considering the rising costs of insurance, many commercial building insurance companies are requiring IR surveys of electrical and mechanical systems for their insured. Some of these companies may even offer discounts if you have the surveys performed on a yearly basis. Places that will greatly benefit from an IR survey: airports, medical centers, hospitals, data centers, universities, casinos, schools, hotels, apartment complexes, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and a host of other industrial buildings and general industry manufacturing facilities.

If your facility, its production, and/or it's electrical service is hampered in any way, this creates downtime, loss of production, safety issues, and a host of other functionality hindrances that adversely affect what your business is trying to accomplish. Our main goal is to keep you up and running! With our non-invasive IR scans we can do just that!

Safety is our number one priority, not only for ourselves but for our clients also. Life is too short to not take safety seriously. We are NFPA 70E certified and we have other safety certifications that ensure we not only are aware of the most common hazards but we can easily spot them as we perform our surveys. We have a complement of PPE gear that we wear and we are fully insured.
